Renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refunded, but if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we will refund it. Cancelling stops all future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

EU consumers

Your statutory withdrawal rights as an EU consumer remain unaffected. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
